From Monday to Thursday, at 11am (Miami - GMT-4), the team members need to list what they have done and what they intend to accomplish by the end of the day. This list should be published to the #creative-services group in Slack, so the one responsible for the time management on LiquidPlanner gets a better sense of how to distribute the tasks. On Fridays, at 11:45 am (Miami - GMT-4), Stand-up is conducted in a meeting with the CS team, to ensure the alignment between the teams.
Fill in the blanks of each task on LiquidPlanner with the amount of time you have invested in that project. Always keep track of the time spent on each activity and register your daily routine there by specifying the tasks.
Once a month we have this scheduled event dedicated to complete all tasks, which means that you are allowed to deny all possible meetings. Participation is optional, but it is beneficial to those who need to progress on their projects without any meetings that may interrupt this progress.
Meetings to introduce new delivery cycles—such as a new Q—for the team. They are held every 3 months (quarterly) with the entire company's participation. Similarly, each team has its own kick-off meeting, which is when the leaders share the achieved goals, the progress of the projects, and plans for the future.
